Submitting Support Tickets

You have to be a registered user of this site before you can submit any tickets.

  • To register, click on the Create an Account link and complete the requested information.
  • You will receive a verification email. Click on the link contained in the email to activate your account.
  • Once the account is activated you will see a Support link in the main menu. You can add your support tickets on the support page.

Reviewing Support Tickets

To review any filed support tickets,

  • enter your login information in the supplied fields on the left.
  • Once authenticated, you will see a Support link in the main menu. Follow this link and you can view your support tickets and updates to your tickets.
